Delivery

We offer UK-wide delivery on all rollators and tri walkers. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days

Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)

Delivery is free on all orders over £99. For orders under £99, a flat delivery charge of £4.95 applies.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

To arrange a return, email us at hello@walkingaidsdirect.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a returns address and instructions.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund including any return postage costs.
