Pricing and Availability
We try to keep things as straightforward as possible when it comes to pricing and stock. Here’s what you need to know.
Our Prices
All prices on the site are displayed in pounds sterling (£). Most products are shown inclusive of VAT — if you qualify for VAT exemption, the 20% relief is applied automatically at checkout. Find out if you’re eligible.
Prices are reviewed regularly and may change without notice — for example if a manufacturer updates their pricing. The price you see at the time you complete your order is the price you pay. If a pricing error occurs after you’ve placed your order, we’ll contact you straight away and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Stock Availability
We do our best to keep our product listings accurate and up to date. Occasionally, a product may show as available but turn out to be out of stock — usually because of a delay from our suppliers. If this happens with your order, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and offer you a refund or an alternative where one exists.
We never list products we can’t actually supply. If it’s on the site, we can get it to you.
Delivery Costs
Delivery is free on all orders to mainland UK addresses. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or other non-mainland locations, a surcharge may apply — we’ll always confirm this before dispatching. See our full delivery information.
Promotions and Discounts
From time to time we run promotions or offer discount codes. These are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Eligibility criteria apply — these will always be clearly stated when a promotion is active.
