Delivery Information
We offer free delivery on every order — no minimum spend, no hidden charges at checkout. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your walking aid to you.
How Long Will It Take?
Most orders are processed the next working day and delivered within 3 to 7 working days. For larger or heavier items, delivery can take up to 14 working days. We’ll always let you know if there’s going to be a delay.
Orders are only dispatched once payment has cleared in full. If anything looks unusual with your order, we may carry out a brief security check before sending — this is just to protect you.
Where Do We Deliver?
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. If you’re in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or the islands, we can usually still get your order to you — but delivery may take a little longer and there may be a small surcharge. We’ll confirm this with you before we send anything.
What Happens on Delivery Day?
Your order will require a signature on delivery, so make sure someone is available at the address. When your parcel arrives, we strongly recommend checking it over before you sign. If the box looks damaged or you’re not able to inspect it at the time, sign for it as “UNCHECKED” — this protects you if there’s a problem inside.
If anything is missing or damaged when you open the box, contact us straight away at hello@walkingaidsdirect.com with your order number and a photo if possible. We’ll sort it out.
What If My Order Is Late?
Occasionally, delays happen — usually due to stock or courier issues outside our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, get in touch and we’ll chase it down for you. If we can’t resolve the issue, we’ll offer a refund.
Care Homes and Bulk Orders
If you’re ordering on behalf of a care home, charity, or organisation and need multiple items or have specific delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order at hello@walkingaidsdirect.com and we’ll make sure everything goes smoothly.
